3 tbsp. sweet paprika
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. sea salt

2 tbsp. freshly ground white pepper

2 tsp. dried oregano

2 tsp. dried thyme

Cooking Instructions

In a medium bowl combine paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, white pepper, oregano, and thyme. Mix well and store in cool dry place in an airtight container. Rub generously all over meat to be grilled. Use rub on meat at least 2 hours prior to cooking.
