  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp. butter melted
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • For Sauce:
  • 1 cup asiago, gorgonzola, or fontina, grated
  • 2 oz. parmesan grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup leek, white part julienne
