Cook from Frozen
Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 415°F.
Place frozen Beef Wellingtons on a greased baking sheet or roasting pan and transfer to the oven. Bake Wellingtons until the crust is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
For medium-rare to medium doneness, bake for 25-35 minutes. Bake to a minimum internal temperature of 130°F to 140°F.
For Best Results:
- Cook from frozen, do not thaw.
- Rest Wellingtons for 5 minutes before serving.
- To check degree of doneness, use a meat thermometer to measure the internal temperature.
