  • 4 oz Kansas City Steak Boneless Ribeye Steak
  • 1/2 generic sub roll
  • 2oz white queso cheese sauce
  • 2oz Pico de Gallo
  • 1oz Kansas City Steak Company Origional Steak Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

Cut sub roll in half and lay aside. Take steak and sprinkle with rub and let it sit for ten min. Heat up a cast iron skillet to med high heat, cook steak to the acquired temperature that you like. When done set aside to rest.

Queso sauce

Heat the amount you like up and set aside

Take roll and use bottom layer first. Put steak on bread and then top the steak with pico, then sauce then bun.
