  • 1/2 cup pineapple jam
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Cooking Instructions

Mix ingredients in a 1 quart saucepan and cook until thickened, 8-10 minutes. Cool and use as a marinade on steaks prior to cooking, as a brush on glaze during cooking or a sauce for grilled steaks. Can be refrigerated for up to 7 days. Type of Meat/Cut: Grilled beef
