Recipe Ingredients

1 quart cranberry-apple juice
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
10 whole cloves

peel of 1 lemon, cut into thin strips

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

apple slices for garnish

Cooking Instructions

Combine cranberry-apple juice, water, sugar, spices and lemon peel in large saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and let cook for 15 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and pour into punch bowl. Add apples to each serving cup.
