Cooking Instructions
Grind the peppercorns, cumin, and allspice. Place all the other ingredients in a bowl and combine ground spices with them. Spread on meat 3 hours before cooking. Keep uncontaminated spice mixture in an airtight container for 2 weeks. This is good for 8 steaks or 2 large Prime Rib Roasts used for pulled meat sandwiches.
