Cooking Instructions
Combine seasoning ingredients. Slice Top Sirloin Sandwich Steaks across the grain into thin pieces. Thoroughly coat steak slices with seasoning.
Heat half the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Sauté steak slices to desired doneness and remove from pan.
With the rest of the olive oil, sauté the green pepper and onion until done. Preheat oven broiler. Lay out hoagie rolls on a baking sheet and layer meat slices sauté peppers and onions and sliced cheese. Place sheet pan under broiler. Remove when cheese has melted.
