Recipe Ingredients

2 Tablespoon kosher salt
2 Tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon granulated garlic
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl; press evenly onto beef roast. Place roast in oven and cook according to chart.
Cook to medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
